At SOL, we believe the essence of Korean cuisine lies not in spectacle, but in patience. Each dish is a meditation on fermentation, fire, and the quiet rhythm of seasons. We honor the ancestral wisdom of jang-making while embracing the precision of modern gastronomy.
Named for the pine tree — Korea's national tree — SOL echoes Seoul and whispers of soul. Located on the 12th floor of Ventura Mall in Gulshan, our space was designed by architect Utsha Zaman to feel authentically Korean yet distinctly Dhaka.
